Message of Hope
Renewed, Restored and Refreshed
Are you so busy trying to balance family, home, work, and church activities, and sometimes feeling overwhelmed, stressed and overloaded?
Well, I certainly know the feeling of being stressed and stretched to the limits. I have often felt that trying to meet deadlines, demands and difficult challenges in my life has made me feel overwhelmed, unbalanced and unorganized. I'm often reminded that I am "not a super woman" but just an ordinary woman.
Over the years, I have learned that Jesus loves me just as I am. He has a purpose and plan for my life. In knowing my purpose, I have pursued God's presence in the secret place. This discovery of spending time in His presence has renewed, restored and refreshed me to come into an alignment and balance by meditating, relaxing and receiving from Him.
I'm reminded of the story in John 4, where Jesus is talking to a Samaritan woman who went to the well for water. No doubt, she had felt overwhelmed, unbalanced, and unorganized in her life. She went to the well not only for water, but for a moment of rest, quietness and peace. Jesus had stopped at the well as a place to wait for the returning disciples. When the Samaritan woman came to the well, Jesus already knew her past situation. She never encountered a person so up-close and personal as she experienced that day in meeting Jesus. He tested her by asking her to give him a drink of water. He knew that she had a troubled past, she had hopes, dreams and visions for a better future but was not living them out. Her experiences were no doubt held her captive and in bondage of being free from pursuing her destiny. You see, Jesus looked beyond her faults and saw her need at the Well.
Sometimes our past experiences, attitudes and behaviors can hold us back from experiencing a loving Jesus. Our past can even stop us from receiving our healing, our blessings and our gifts from God. But, He is so merciful that He will pursue you at all cost. He will lead you to the right path of righteousness and into your destiny.
This one encounter with Jesus changed everything for this Samaritan woman who experienced life in a new way. She became restored and renewed forever. She immediately ran back to her town and shared what had happen to her at the well. Jesus is waiting for you to drink from the living water. It is no accident you are reading this, but your life is a vessel of honor that can receive and experience the living water. It is true intimacy when Jesus touch your heart and transforms your life. You will learn to love again, live again and restore life balance.
Your moments of feeling inadequate, incomplete or lost becomes totally changed to self-confident and complete in Him. If you drink of His living water it will regenerate your mind, heart and spirit to become whole. You no longer will feel in bondage but completely set-free.
Jesus wants to have an encounter with you. His plans are to totally carry you to your next destination as you learn to walk patiently, gracefully in love with Him. Your Well experience will take you where you never imagine. Drink the living water that will never run dry.
